The Botanical Society of Namibia supports the National Botanical Research Institute of Namibia.

AIMS

  • To stimulate interest in and awareness of Namibia's indigenous plants;
  • to help conserve our natural flora;
  • to support the National Botanic Gardens; and
  • to support the Namibian Tree Atlas Project.

ACTIVITIES

  • Monthly or bimonthly talks and/or slideshows;
  • outings;
  • monthly newsletters; and
  • guided walks in the Botanic Garden.
