SPECIAL NOTE
The Ministry of Environment and Tourism has agreed to a draft national management plan that will see African wild dogs translocated into large fenced reserves and, under the right conditions, to other protected areas where they once ranged, opening the opportunity for landowners to develop areas for and earn revenue from African wild dog tourism.
