New NNF Strategic Plan
During 2011, the NNF, with the expertise of an Organisational Development expert Jacqueline Hill through VSO-Namibia developed the organisation's new Strategic Plan to set its objectives of linking individuals' roles and responsibilities with its vision and mission. Staff and management workshops and external stakeholders' surveys were conducted and a draft plan is under review.
Essentially NNF seeks to become recognised as the organisation of choice for conservation and sustainable development programmes in Namibia. We will also engage with other organisations and networks to promote the contribution Namibia can make to local, regional and global conservation and sustainable development efforts.
