NNF is made up of staff members committed to conservation. As a multi-disciplinary team, we combine award winning expertise to bring creative solutions to environmental challenges and opportunities across Namibia. The NNF has an affirmative action approach to staff employment. The NNF is currently staffed as follows: approximately 25 full-time core staff; 2 part-time core staff; about 15 project linked staff; several consultants are also under contract at any time. An Executive Director, Personnel/Office Manager and Financial Manager constitute the management level. The Executive Director reports to the NNF Board of Trustees, which meets quarterly. |

Board of Trustees
The Executive Director reports to the NNF Board of Trustees, which meets quarterly to (i) approve the annual workplan and budget, and (ii) receive and review financial and technical reports. The AGM receives the Chairman's report, the presentation of audited financial statements and elects office bearers.

SAIEA
The offices of SAIEA - The Southern African Institute for Environmental Assessment - are housed just behind the offices of NNF.
SAIEA is a non-profit Environmental Trust, whose mission is to support sustainable development in Southern Africa through promoting the effective and efficient use of Environmental Assessment as a planning tool.
