Get involved

There are many ways in which you can get involved with raptors in Namibia and contribute to greater understanding of these magnificent birds. Some of these are listed below:

• Participate in the Raptor road count project.
• Join NamRingers and learn how to ring birds.
• Help out with wetland bird counts. Contact Holger Kolberg for more information. If you would like to participate in bird counts in the Walvis Bay/Swakopmund area, please contact cetn@iafrica.com.na. See also CETN's web site.
• Fill in nest record cards if you come across nests or young birds. Contact Holger Kolberg for more information.
