Are you, or do you know, a future leader in the world of climate protection?

If you are, or you know, a young expert in climate protection who is brimming with potential, then read on!

The Alexander von Humboldt Foundation is accepting applications for up to 20 Fellowship places (worldwide) from young experts in the fields of scientific, engineering-based, legal, economic, health-related or social aspects of climate change.

The fellowship allows future leaders to spend a year in Germany working on a research-based project of their own choice in the field of climate protection and climate-related resource conservation.

Namibia’s climate makes it particularly vulnerable to the impacts of climate change, and this is a great opportunity for our emerging Namibian experts in this field.

Applications are open until 15 March 2015, but the competition will be fierce and it’s never too early to start planning an application.

Good luck!
